Eagle Stainless Pressure Vessels have sanitary tri-clamp openings in sizes ranging from 0.5 L to 20 L, to meet a wide range of specific product needs. These 316L stainless steel vessels have smooth, polished interiors with a 12 Ra internal finish. This smoothness makes the steel vessels easy to clean and sanitize and improves their durability. Passivation of the finish is also standard on all pressure vessels, which increases the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel. These pressure vessels meet all ASME Section VIII Div. 1 of the International Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Standards. Optional features and customization are available: Custom endcap fabrications include multiple ports (to allow for temperature probes or other monitoring devices), such as pressure gauges, safety valves, flow shutoff valves and hose barb connectors on the endcap to meet customer requirements.
Electropolishing and helium leak testing are available as optional features.

ASME Clamps
The ASME clamps fits tri-clamp openings in sizes ranging from 0.5 L to 20 L. These clamps consist of high quality stainless steel construction, and they meet the standards of the ASME Section VIII Appendix 24 of the International Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. These stainless steel clamps are designed and approved for pressure vessels, but they may also be used for other applications.
